Anonymity?
I think it would be a good idea to address the subject of anonymity. I know that some people may be afraid to voice an opinion for fear of reprocussion or scrutiny. Employees need to know that when they set up an account to post to the blog, the name they choose does not have to reflect who they are. So they can provide feedback without worry. :) <-I think you just addressed it ;) On this blog you can leave comments without giving your name. Best, c.
