Shout out to SPL Labbies!Without the dedication and relentless work ethic of all SPL-Scott "Labbies" being a PM (project manager) would be a lot crazier.
Our clients praise our excellent customer service and quick TATs (turn around times), but I never fail to mention how great the lab works together to get all analyses completed and reported as quickly as possible while still maintaining a high standard of quality.
We have supervisors in each department that lead by example and push their personnel to do their best (Isabelle, Becky, Keran, Hazel, Paul, Tiger, Crystal, Lindsay, Geneva.) The lab techs/chemists go above and beyond, even in trying times (especially the metals department-those gals are beyond amazing.) Everyone seems very positive-its a great environment to work in.

ReplyDeleteI'm praising the lab tech aspect of the lab because lately they have been performing above and beyond their call of duty. This is not to say that we would be successful with only the lab techs/analysts. I appreciate the constant commitment of all departments and employees. It takes a great team that involves all aspects of the lab-from login, IT, document control, maintenance, QC, and safety and others. The entire lab works like a well-oiled machine to crank out quality data day after day.
You all do a wonderful job at SPL, Lafayette. Keep up the good work.
